This website
There are no accounts and no tracking cookies on levelworksystems.com. We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, and we count clicks on the demo and booking buttons: which button and which page, nothing about you. The fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees a normal page request.
Design and quote requests
When you send your design picks or ask for a quote, we keep what you typed and ticked, your company name and your email. It goes to our inbox and our customer system (HighLevel) so we can build your demo and write your quote. We don't sell it or share it, and we delete it if you ask.
If you use the "Not for you?" form on your quote page, the reason you pick and any comment you add go to our inbox and HighLevel the same way.
Two other services see a little of each request: Pushover, which sends Jhurald a phone alert with your company name and the page you used, and Instantly, our email tool, which we tell to stop our emails to you once you've asked for a demo or a quote.
Custom quote requests
When you ask for a custom quote, we keep your name, email, company, your phone number if you add one, what you tell us you need, whether you'd like a written quote or a call, and any prices you ticked in the calculator before you came over. It goes to our inbox and HighLevel, the same as a quote request, so we can write your quote or get ready for the call. The same terms apply: we don't sell it or share it, and we delete it if you ask.
The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to keep out spam bots. It checks your browser, not who you are, and sets no tracking cookies.
Website chat
Questions you type into the chat on this site are answered by an AI assistant, not by a person. To write each answer, the conversation so far is sent to Anthropic, the outside company whose technology runs the assistant. We don't keep a copy of your conversation on our side. We only count conversations and messages, so we can keep the chat within its daily limits.
If you ask us to follow up, the name and email or phone number you give us, your question and the conversation so far are emailed to Jhurald so he can reply to you. Please don't type payment details, passwords or anything else private into the chat.
Booking and email
If you book a call, the booking page is run by HighLevel, our customer system, and what you enter there goes into it the same way. If you email us, we keep your message to reply to it and to keep a record of our work together.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, we use it only to text you about your demo, your booking and replies to your messages. Message frequency varies. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help. The full message terms are on our Terms page.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. The only companies that handle your number are the ones that deliver our messages, and only to deliver them.
