A roofing contractor website that books inspections.
A roofing contractor website has one job: turn the homeowner who just found you into a booked inspection. Ours load fast on a phone, show the work you do in the towns you serve, and make calling or asking for an estimate the easiest thing on the page.

Signs your current site is costing you jobs
Most roofers we talk to have a site that was put up years ago and hasn't been touched since. It still sits there, but it quietly sends work to the next company on the list. A few signs it's happening to you:
- It's slow on a phone. Homeowners look for a roofer on their phone, often standing in the yard looking at a missing shingle. If the page takes more than a few seconds, they hit back and tap the next result.
- Every service is on one page. A homeowner with hail damage wants to see that you handle storm work and insurance claims. A single list of services doesn't tell them that, and it gives Google nothing to show for those searches.
- It doesn't mention the towns you work. If you roof in three or four towns, each one deserves its own page. Without them, you rarely show up when someone searches for a roofer in the next town over.
- The phone number is hard to tap. The number should sit at the top of every page and dial in one tap. If it's buried in the footer or inside an image, people give up.
- Nobody can tell if a form came in. Quote forms that land in an email account nobody checks are worse than no form at all, because the homeowner thinks they asked and you never answered.
What's included in the build
The website is a one-time build at $1,500. Here's what that covers:
- Core pages. Home, about, reviews, financing, gallery and contact, written for your business, not filled with stock text.
- A page for each service. Replacement, repair, storm damage and insurance claims each get their own page, so homeowners land on the one that matches their problem.
- Three service-area pages. One page for each of your main towns, written for that town. More towns are $75 a page.
- On-site SEO. Clean page structure, titles and descriptions, schema markup, a sitemap, fast loading and image sizes set right, so Google can read every page.
- Google Search Console set up. Your site is submitted and verified from day one, so you can see which searches bring people in.
- Starter blog posts. A first set of posts that answer the questions homeowners search before they call, each one linking to the service it's about.
- A quote form that reaches you. Every request goes straight to your phone and email, so nothing sits unread.
Before a page goes live we check it with Google's own PageSpeed test on a phone. A page that scores under 90 for mobile speed gets fixed before you see it.
How the job runs
- Free demo. You pick a design and we build a demo in it, with your name, services and towns. We send you a short video walking through it, or go through it on a short call if you'd rather talk. Your real site is then designed for you, starting from that design.
- Written quote. If you want to go ahead, you get the exact price in writing within 24 hours of asking for it, with a one-page service agreement.
- The build. Half the setup is paid before the build. We write the pages, add your photos and reviews, and connect your phone number and form.
- Your review. You look over every page and tell us what to change. Nothing goes live until you're happy with it.
- Go-live. We point your domain at the new site and submit it to Google. The rest of the setup is due at go-live.
After it goes live
A site that nobody looks after slowly goes stale. Lead Response, $400 a month, keeps it working: hosting, upkeep and fixes, Search Console monitoring, one new blog post a month, and a short video each month showing which searches you appear for and what came in. You message us when something changes, a new service, a new town, new photos, and we handle it.
Lead Response also runs the follow-up behind the site: missed calls texted back, inspections booked on your calendar, reminders and review requests. If you take the site and the core follow-up system together, the setup drops by $500.
You own it
The domain is registered in your name, and the site and your contacts are yours. If you ever leave, you keep the domain and get the site's files plus a CSV of your contacts. Nothing is held back, and there's no fee to take it with you.
We're a two-person team with no office and no sales staff, which is why the price is where it is. The money goes into the build, not into overhead.
Common questions
Can you keep my current domain?
Yes. If you already own a domain, the new site goes on it, and we set up redirects from your old pages so you don't lose what Google already knows about you.
Do I have to write anything?
No. After your deposit you fill in a short form, whenever it suits you, and we write the pages from your answers. You check them before anything goes live. Prefer to talk it through? We can go through the form together on a 20-minute call instead.
Will I show up first on Google?
Nobody honest can say that. What we can do is build every page the way Google reads best, give each service and town its own page, and show you each month which searches you appear for.
See it on your own business first
Every Levelwork job starts with a free demo. You pick a design, we build a demo in it with your company name, services and towns, with Lead Response running behind it, then send you a short video walking through it, or go through it on a 20-minute call if you'd rather talk. Your real site is then designed for you. If it isn't worth it to you, you've lost nothing.
